SEMINAR UPDATE: SPRING 2020

At this time, for the health and safety of our clients and our community, we will be transitioning our seminars to an online format through April 23rd. All of our seminars will be held on their scheduled date and time – just now, you “attend” from the comfort of your home! Log on and participate from your smartphone, computer or tablet. To learn more, call our office at 1-800-370-5010.

FAQ’s about our new Online Seminars

Q: When and where are the seminars?
A: Our full list of spring seminars is below. Those taking place before April 23rd will now be offered online. We will assess how to deliver our remaining seminars as we go and keep you informed of the plan.

Q: Why are you moving some of the seminars online?
A: With the outbreak of COVID-19, we want to follow current health and safety guidelines to protect our friends and clients. But we also know how important this time is for people wanting to make plans for their families and the future. Going online allows us to do both easily.

Q: Who can join an online seminar?
A: The online meeting space we use allows anyone with a smartphone, tablet or web-cam equipped computer to participate. The technology is very user-friendly.

Q: How can I join an online seminar?
A: Call our office at 1-800-370-5010. We will go through a simple registration process, which will include asking for your email address. We will then send you a quick, step-by-step log-in guide that you will use on your seminar date.

Q: What does an online seminar look like? Can I interact with other people or ask the speakers questions?
A: Using the online meeting space is similar to common applications like FaceTime, FaceBook, or WhatsApp. Once you log on, you’ll be able to see our speakers live on your screen. You’ll be able to decide if you want to enable certain functions. You can be in “listen mode” and mute your microphone, which our speakers can explain at the start of the seminar. Or, you can keep your microphone live and ask questions throughout, or wait until the end of the seminar. It can be as interactive as you like.

Q: What if I have trouble logging on during the seminar?
A: General troubleshooting can be handled through our frequent guest speaker Greg Gagne’s office: 1-877-858-8156. Our registration email will also provide an additional helpline number.
